1. The App

   VolleyPilot is a free volleyball scorekeeping app. No account required. No ads. No in-app purchases.

2. Your Data

   All teams, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. You own all content you create. The developer does not access, store, or own your data. Data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Privacy & Analytics

   No personal information is collected. Optional Firebase Analytics (can be disabled in Settings → Privacy). Analytics collects only anonymous usage data (session length, features used). GDPR compliant — contact volleypilot.app@gmail.com for data requests. Users can opt-out of analytics at any time.

4. License

   Free to use for personal, recreational, or training purposes. Not for official competitions. App design and code are owned by the developer. Certain images used under license from third-party providers.

5. Disclaimer

   Provided “AS IS” without warranty. Not liable for data loss, crashes, or score inaccuracies. Intended for recreational and training use only; not an official volleyball scoring system. Your statutory consumer rights (EU/Finland) are not affected.

6. Jurisdiction

   Governed by Finnish law. Disputes resolved in Finnish courts. EU consumers retain their legal rights.
